Main criticisms, Scourge [bleed on crit, build crit on bleed hit] is an enabler to a crit build and has low damage output on its own, Vicious Offering can be clunky with the Mk XV Evis as you're only proccing it once per swing instead of multiple times w/ a cleave heavy, Mk XV Evis' lights 1-3 are bugged to cap out at light stagger which ruins the viability of Punishment on its own, your revolver is a bit™️ out of meta™️™️.

I'd probs swap over to something like these. There's some variety, lots of options available. Entirely my outlook though, go with what's fun.
