the mk2 has better crowd clear, despite its moveset, it just takes a bit of comboing but its clears out groups much more effectively than the other
the mk15 is better at single target damage with both heavy attacks being overhead swings you can rev up, its light attacks are slow but heavily cleaving side swipes allowing for good crowd control, but not crowd clear, as the damage is only okay and has a hard damage cap at 4 targets, anything past that is only staggered

SOME weapons have decent impact, but the way it’s been handled in DT, in comparison to VT2, is that pushes typically have to be followed-up with -more- pushes to actually move something out of your way, or you will only briefly stumble anything
