I wonder if we'll get any other "map changing" conditions like pox gas, vent purge and power surge. I would like to see somekind of storm/flooding one, where some rooms hinder your movement if you don't stand on like, tables and junk. Like the hard rain levels in l4d2.

Maybe somekind of sticky tar or mud?

But having some rooms be flooded with stagnant water that slows you down and others with flowing waterfalls/rivers that slowly push you and enemies off ledges could be cool. Call the condition something like "Drainage Overflow"

While on the subject, a "Coolant Discharge" condition that makes the levels snowy might be nice for the holidays. I'd be fine with just looks, but they could always add periodic blizzards or the dreaded ice physics if they wanted it to add challenge.

"Coolant Discharge" on smelter complex could be really cool. The whole forge is frozen over so you HAVE to get that smelter turned back on ASAP, and doing so melts the ice/snow in the finale area.

An easy one might be "Warp distortion" that just mirrors the levels and has all the rejects be like "something feels off here" and the operators just act like nothing's wrong. But I don't know the lore implications of that.

Oh! I've got a nasty one. "Gas leak", where theres a ton of fake demonhosts that only some players can see/hear. And occasional fake audio cues for specialists.

Maybe even clouds of gas that make your vision all wibbly wobbly.

But you can avoid those. I could see that getting annoying right quick

Maybe even special "battery barrels" spawn that zap things when they explode. And arching lighting traps that you have to time to get past.

It would just be nice to be able to find a team of folks that are already pairing up + talking in chat. You can feel out the vibe if you want to dedicate ~20 minutes to spending time with a bunch of goobers or armchair generals

Also having more control team comp would be nice. Sometimes I just get tired of being a zealot with 3 of some other class
