PS is more suited for the II since you can get some nutty swings from it. On the XV consistency is nicer since you're using +cleave for CC and crit CDR typically. Bloodletter is nichely used for boosting the horde clear, it's solid but requires density and doesn't provide much for elites compared to other blessings.
