-you had them lined up awkwardly (in real games they blob up and come at you in a sort of line most of the time)
-9 stacks of momentum isn't helping. i run blazing piety for bolter personally but regardless you ideally want high momentum stacks if you're gonna do it
-a duellist/dance of death proc helps significantly. that crit/weakspot damage isn't bad because bolter has a decent finesse modifier
-shattering impact is bad since when you chastise it's only a 10% damage boost on crushers after you get it to max stacks (which takes 4 shots)

swap the hipfire crosshair on the bolter to something a little more usable (and ideally if you haven't overlay a crosshair on the ADS, bolter sights do not work at all basically) and try to aim more deliberately at the head
