You... literally sent me your build I know what you're running. Perfect Strike is strictly worse than SS unless you have Shred backing it with that build. If you're intent on running Momentum swap PS to Rampage or Shred. Alt swap Momentum to Shred. PS is a sidegrade to SS when you have 80% crit chance and worse otherwise.

I agree most of the time. However, until death has a 2min cooldown. If you go into an altercation, and take any damage, you are now downed and contributing nothing.

If theres healing available and you need it, you take it. Being at low hp isnt a requirement, its a bonus after somethings gone wrong. You only want to be at low hp if you're comfortable with sitting there, and with unprocced until death, unless you need a specific breakpoint. Even then, i'd recommend healing
