what this means is, if you fire into a long corridor of enemies
every enemy gets hit with five pellets worth of damage
and the pellets punch through like crazy
so you can erase hallways

finesse damage is pretty important for knives, but if you are just wanting to try it out for now, it shouldnt be too bad to see what it can do
just double check the finesse stat scaling on the inspect screen and see if youre fine with what its at

because by the second or third hit, they have zero armor and take 80% more damage

no matter the tier of the blessing, both blessings always apply up to 8 stacks
the tier of the blessing is simply how many stacks are applied per hit
so tier 4 hits its max cap on the second hit
but a 3 or 2 will still get you there
couple quick tips, push block has a double overhead light swing after the push
heavy attacks are less sideways than you think but you can spin your mouse and hit more things through the swing

Skullcrusher applies stacks when you hit an enemy and either a) they get staggered by the same attack or b) you hit a staggered enemy. There are very specific exceptions that apply double stacks. The damage taken debuff will only give its damage while the enemy is staggered, if you have debuff indicator this is easy because as long as stagger stacks are listed, the damage taken debuff is active. The debuff itself lasts iirc 5 seconds, refreshing on the terms of the first sentence in this explanation.

If you hit the turret of the annihilator tank (no clue on the gunner tank) it's 6 shots iirc. Again, because this isn't an issue of AP (the main bring of the Railgun), and instead with a weird separate damage mod it has this performance.
