it's a form of therapy sometimes used to help autistic children act like they aren't autistic - this therapy can cause a lot of stress and depersonalisation issues, I view it as being basically abusive in the same way conversion therapy is

but apparently some people who are forced to do eye contact training in it get nightmares around eye contact afterwards

idk figured we're all autistic here like me lol

my false awakening loops always end in something really sad or terrifying like my friends dying or some bad thought I have coming to fruition and are always based in where I currently am
