PROBABLY not a lot, and it’s only then that SI takes full effect
SI is specifically for Carapace damage.
Cuts the amount of shots spent on a Crusher in half if you're not maxing out damage, which is common on Zealot.
Wouldn’t using FotF achieve the same effect, though?
And you could have the blessing slot dedicated to say, Cavalcade
I imagine SI is much better if you don’t use FotF as your ability, though
If you were only ever hitting Crushers while under the effects of FotF, you would indeed get more value out of Fury.

And anything that gets Brittled with the former build either doesn’t matter, because everyone is expected go have something anti-Carapace/anti mass armour generally, so it changes very little in the end 
bolter has enough finesse now, people are too used to pre-patch 13 bolter

they reworked the IAGs to not have cancer recoil when crouching nowadays
I mean it has recoil but it's not enough to matter really
so everything has no recoil to me

you CAN get the recon lasguns up to an acceptable level on veteran
if you have an aimbot
and never drop stacks of the marksman focus keystone
if you can do that, they're fine.

They have dogshit damage on literally everything.
Piss levels of finesse bonuses, but the only way to eek advantage out of them IS through headshots.
But reliably hitting headshots on thousands of enemies in a match is near impossible
