if you want mobile gameplay similair to kerillian tho, heavy sword is a good shout, round it out with revolver or a Headhunter autogun

you get some nice talents that make it hard to die, and a lot of stuff is centered around melee (not to say that there isn't some emphasis on ranged as well)
there's some fair overlap between classes and there aren't any particularly strict role definitions between any classes

mk2 has a more complex and involved moveset, mk15 is quite simple and powerful

Mk2 evi is more focused towards horde clear, attack patterns on both heavies and lights vary between horizontal and vertical swings so it takes some time to learn the moveset. Mk15 evi is more single target, lights are horizontal sweeps and heavies are vertical swings. Mk15 also has a 4 target damage cap
