the biggest tip i can give for flamer is this: use it with chastise/fury of the faithful (the charge ability). set a group of enemies on fire a bit, then charge into them with the flamer. when you use chastise/fury of the faithful, it downgrades enemy armor type. carapce becomes flak, flak becomes unarmored. you will melt large groups in seconds

A good part of why Fury is so good is the synergy between 2 charges, crit CDR, and it itself giving you a crit
