Generally anything 350+ can be decent. But its weapon dependent and stat spread dependent. A lot of the time damage isn't the end all be all on most melee weapons and some guns. But there are a few where there are breakpoints for certain builds that can make a slight bit of a difference

Yeah, looks like the Cbraced is actually doing better boss dps per clip than the other two. Will take it for a spin for a few runs and see how it goes. I eventually stopped caring about fire frenzy and deathspitter because the uptime was so low and it seemed like it rarely made a difference. The gun slays without them active at all and I would mainly just use it for bosses and armor, then swap back to melee for everything else

Yeah I dislike the entire behavior of basing a weapon or build's viability off of teammates. For a bit I saw people doing it with Plasma and Brauto on Vet, in fairness I see it with Knife, w/ builds both Chorus and Shroudfield get ridiculed for being ineffective in teammate's hands.
