My take on attack speed is you either look at BPs per second or DPS based on what weapon you're using. Like a Caxe if you hit a BP you're getting 4 kills per swing regardless, in order to go beyond you have to stack attack speed.

Not particularly. It's fun for finesse weapons and ig boss 1 shots but having the Armor Downgrade on Fury or what Chorus offers doesn't really make it the deciding factor of the "most broken build".

Yeah a lot of builds from stuff like gameslantern or most YTers will get ripped apart here. Many are based on a lack of info or just stubbornness.

Especially on Zealot of all things, which has builds that are entirely hinged on a mix of preference and weapon choice.

Armor downgrade is Fury of the Faithful-only. It applies to the next melee hit, or for 3 seconds of ranged damage. There's a lot of math behind it but essentially it sets the armor damage modifier (ADM) for Carapace to Flak, and Flak to Unarmored.

Generally you want a high cleave weapon that has shred or a finesse weapon. Mk II Evis and Chainsword are both very good for it. Mk XV Evis can do it too but idk not really the weapon for it.

Depends on a weapon ad the reason to use crit. Crit builds are good on heavy sword because it hits seven billion targets per swing.

There's a bit to it. Generally when you run crits on a high cleave weapon your intention is to spam ults, primarily Fury or Shroudfield. On the Mk II, you can spam H1, high cleave and has a good cleave profile. The Mk XV though is target capped on lights, so Scourge is bleeding max 4 enemies per swing and ulting is only getting 4 per swing max.

There's also a case of blessings, XV really likes Rampage for damage. Rampage + Shred would be the goto, while the Mk II can run Savage/Wrath/Perfect Strike + Shred and result in higher cleave and better crowd damage.

It's not bad by any means, but you can get the Mk II to do it better by a fair margin.

I'm not super sure which could be pinned to 'the best'. Probs the Mk XIIIg since it still has incredible crowd damage. But it's just preference as to what you want more in your build. If you want harder hitting base attacks and revs the Mk XIIIg has it, if you want peak crowd damage the Mk IV is there for it.

Gotta hit the head. Also, they inherit the ranged damage boosts of your guns, so if you get a blessing that boosts that it'll help. I think anoint in blood might also work.

But they're really useful in the situations where you need a gap closer and your gun's empty.
