TWBS will help a lot with some of the slower weapons, same with anything you'd hit trade with. The ranged stun immunity can come up sometimes but it's doable without TWBS. Also DoD is really fun with some weapons.

Just about anything that can be hipfired will suddenly become laser accurate.
