If you want t4 it's best to go to gold, otherwise yes check melk and you might get lucky maybe perhaps

Id take <= t3 for short term. Then, for long term, I’d try to get t4, but I think t1 is 2.5% which stacks to 12.5% and t5 is 4% and stacks to 20%. It’s a difference, but not as big as not having it at all.

The toughness node on momentum keynode is borderline bad. It can only trigger whenever you dont have the buff active. Disdain at the top only activates every second swing. You could take those points, and grab either EWEW right behind disdain, or find a few more points and go for second wind
