The actual debuff itself has stayed the same though, standard 40%.

I have this Heavy Eviscerator I'm particularly fond of. I've had it for awhile as a Gift from the Emperor, and it just mows down hordes on Malice (my preferred difficulty), as well as annihilate Specialists and even enemy Ogryns with just one revved heavy attack! (sometimes it takes a bit more to get Ogryns down) I sometimes like to roleplay someone who came across a cursed sword and whose mind is gradually being affected by it. I have yet to get it to Transcendent.
