the xv has a limit on the enemies it can cleave through on light attacks. it can only hit 4 enemies max with a light attack, no matter how much you increase the cleave. the older evis doesnt have a cleave cap, so cleave is good on that.

Basically You can modify 2 trait of your weapon (You have a total of 4 trait (2perks 2 blessing))
So you modify the things that sucks on your weapon
To collect new blessing. Get the weapon with the less Modifier as possible (to reduce the cost) and grind it til it's blue Then offer the weapon to the emperor to have access to the blessing on any other weapons
