That and I don't block super often aside from bosses or big enemies so stamina regen also helps my aggressiveness. That and I was only told to run like... 1 sniper res and that's the only other resistance I need.

the 'close range kill' thing is bugged. It should count up to 30 meters. They had 3 variables. 8, 15 and 30. In order to make it count. It only works at 8 and 30, so it just doesn't work half the time unless you're in their face. Which is where you would realistically be using melee.
