a full crit cdr build will be able to spam chastise for the toughness regen, attack speed, aoe stagger, dash, even outside of horde scenarios, a full crit cdr build can start the cycle even with just elite patrols, it doesn't need a horde for the toughness regen on kill with melee to safely push because it has its own inbuilt fast af toughness regen

a full martyr build would be able to just face tank everything, the toughness regen would come from constantly attacking and killing, the defences that a full martyr build allows you to just trade attacks with enemies while not suffering for it
