I've been having decent success with the Recon Lasgun up to a out Damnation and Auric, but I also want to learn the og Infantry Lasgun

No one does heresy expeditions so you can just grab a plasma gun or any other weapon with low ammo and snipe patrols until you're low on ammo. Do the extract. Double check to make sure your empty before you board valk because bots will give you like 2-3 shots if a special dies.

• highlighting all enemies in view: firstly, Exec. Stance doesn't quite highlight all enemies in view but highlights those that you'd probably be incentivized to focus on considering the role you take with the stance- elites and specialists, which can be further focused with the other two nodes that highlights shooter trash mobs or ogryns. This is good because while you can tag enemies for a similar effect, you can only tag one enemy at a time, you need line of sight to do so, and you can't tag shooter mobs that can very much fuck you up in higher difficulties if you're caught lacking

• remove recoil: yeah you can manage recoil with some skill with the mouse but it's easier to just not have the recoil to begin with. Also the bolter exists

• regenerate toughness: that's fair, you could use other vet abilities that instantly refill it but they don't fill the niche that executioner's stance does, now do they

i mean if it looked exactly like division's hud I'd agree. But they clearly adapted the division hud somewhat to darktide, as exampled by the weapon graphic.

Its a block in the ui, unlike the normal darktide ui which creates a spot for it
How would you show whether someone has a stim or not easily while still making use of the given space

make the picture larger and gray it out or highlight in orange/red whatever depending on if there or not.

Making it greyed out is a visibility issue which conflicts with making it easily readable, was a big pain point for scums stim cooldown
Making it red would work with crates but could imply youd have a red stim which you dont want any confusion like that

and the ~8s high dmg bonus after breaking stealth

CD refund from breaking stealth early
Tone down the dogshit grainy NVG effect on screen
Move speed buff linger 8s
And maybe a small reduction to CD again I think 30s or 35s would be ok tbh
