It's for a crit based build that uses WS and DS. I want to take big chunks of health out of big targets and specialists and to quickly erase a large group of enemies in a horde.

Except it doesn’t pair well with WS bc you have to fire twice to get the effect of full bore, and the second shot is not a guaranteed crit

Bleed stacks on the other hand will deal consistent damage through carapace

And you don’t have to completely empty the gun
