As a sub-fact, because it only boosts your finesse mult something like a 75% finesse increase only applies to the damage gained from a finesse hit, rather than the total hit.

Literally one of the worst things Fatshark has done with Havoc. Didn't work when it was first implemented and was part of the reason that people found Havoc 1.0 to be so unfun, and somehow, not only did they put it back in but neglected to realize that Rampaging enemies overrides it, meaning you can't tell which enemies are gonna splatter in a green goop.
