Health isn't really that amazing anymore since Bombers/Flamers got nerfed to not insta-break your toughness. Usually it's good to go 2 Toughness 1 Stamina if needed.

I tend to forgo stamina regen since Duck and Dive is a lot better, but even besides that Vet benefits a lot from stacking Sprint Eff. because our 0% stamina sprint speed is 0.5, while Zealots/Ogryns is 0.75, hence why you might've felt that Vet feels so slow.

Lose Sniper Res, if you're half decent at the game the chances of getting shot by one unless you're on a Lights Out are once in every few games.

Gunner Res. is decent for Ogryns, but humies have good enough dodge windows to just ignore them outright if you slide and dodge enough.

I get block eff. but I'd drop it. Shredders can guarantee safe revives if you toss them at your wounded teammate before going for the res, and you're far better off dodging even with the Mk6s stubby dodges.

For this specifically I'd triple stack stamina regen, sprint eff and then top it off with 5% toughness perks on each. Double or triple toughness curios or slap 1 stamina in there for good measure. Usually I don't even bother with stamina regen and just rely on duck and dive, in those cases Combat Ability Regen is good, but it's not needed on Exec. Stance

For your talents I'd drop Kill Zone in favor of more useful talents. You could drop Kill Zone and Demo team to grab Demo stockpile

Duck n Dive is probably not needed here. It's just something I rely on a lot, but I run a similar build with a different ranged and Focus Targets over Marksmans Focus and it's fine without DnD. Having more uses of Shredders on Exec. Stance is extremely vital though since it's your main source of CC which you will need to unstuck yourself from otherwise fucked situations

Demo Team is good on paper and sometimes really carries through, but I've had games where it almost never proc'd too
