optimal spread is 69% thermal resistance and 71% charge rate. As Amelia said, there's no true dump stat.

Most people dont optimize that hard tho- they usually dump thermal or charge based on whether they value the fire rate or the extra shot before needing to cool

max stacks of bleed for Bolt Pistol's Puncture? is it worth taking? found that its only kind of useful to down monstrosities slightly faster.. not sure how it affects breakpoints, damage on one shot (4 stacks) seems pretty lackluster
