Collateral is a dump stat unless you are going for an Exe Stance build to stagger Ragers. You can ignore that stat no worries. Headhunter is very good imo and has amazing synergy with Shock Trooper for extending mag size between reloads and stretching ammo economy. Could swap Deathspitter to Dum Dum and Elite to Flak. Alternatively keep Deathspitter and go Flak + Maniac or Flak + Crit Chance

yeah though using exec stance to reload means you don't have the recoil cancel for your first up to 15 shots, I guess you could take dead shot to lessen that but... no sway reduction at all blows
