The way i see class roles/jobs is as follows:
Psyker is DPS that cant take a hit, but can and will kill everything in the room if allowed to.
Veteran is the DPS who can not only take a hit, but can also allow the rest of the team to take more hits.
Zealot is the backup tank who can trivialize boss encounters and refuses to die under any circumstance.
Ogryn is the brick wall that walks around the corner and throws a 90 kg piece of concrete and rebat towards you at 100 kmph before pickling a fight with the biggest guy in the room and folding him like a lawn chair.

I use the kantrael shotgun with scattershot and flechet... load dragonsbreath and ignite a whole horde with a chance to make them all bleed. Bleed helps proc scourge, and scourge helps proc invocation of death, which means more Choruses of spiritual fortitude.
