Deadshot drains a fixed amount, and +3 stam curios give you 3 more stam. So if you had 6 stam before, you get 50% more deadshot use before you're dry. It doesn't affect the damage done by deadshot or anything, its just on or off

surgical is good, but it also slows you down a bit. as long as you wait for stacks you can get some good damage but for me a big part of the rev is whipping it out for a quick blam blam then switching back to melee. it is probably still BIS for sniping out a lot of things you cant reliably 1tap without it

Liniage 2. If your RNG is bad while upgrading equipment your equipment breaks and is unrepairable. Even the legendary tier of gear can break this way...there is a flat 20% chance to break even on higher tier gear.
Which is why I kinda chuckle when people complain about the RNG in this game. This is lenient as hell compared to what is out there.

Here's my thoughts. Every gun is created with a point threshold. For every stat. It has an upper and a lower. When it's first bought those points are divided randomly into those thresholds. With diamantine it should let you micromanage the stats within those stat thresholds
