I run 1 wound on my psyker for the occasional whoopsie where I pop myself. I also run 2 wound curios when I'm running a zealot Martyrdom build. That's literally it, I'd rather have more HP than more wounds in every other circumstance.

I ran a single wound curio on vet when I switched up to damnation difficulty for the first time, then took it off after a few matches when I got comfortable with the new danger level

99% of the time when I die, its the first time I go down because I just can't be ressed, not because I went down without enough wounds left
