One shot consumes one stack
Still works the same for magazine weapons, but now works on any part of a shotgun's reload
Or a revolver's, for that matter

here's a rule of thumb for the armor classes in the game
- unarmored = everyone that looks like they are, well, unarmored
- maniac = unarmored but looks angry (mutants and ragers)
- flak = medium armor, if they look like they have armor, that's flak
- carapace = heavy armor, only on the Crusher guy (full armor big dude) and the head of Mauler (tall guy, his body is actually flak)
- unyeilding = ogryns (except the crusher which is carapace as seen above) and bosses
