yes, and for uncharged dreg gunner HS BP you need +unarmored. crushers needs both +cara and +elite at 25 and 10 to 1 charged shot crushers. flak doesn't help against maulers, and maniac doesn't give any bps unless you consider part charge fuckery with muties. hence unyielding purely for boss damage
