Ohh from VT2 yeah true, but the cooldown is much shorter in that game than it would be to wait for most of your stacks again in this version of it
So to get the same value as the short cooldown ping in VT2 on WH, you need to wait 12 seconds
Granted the buff ceiling is higher, but the availability being a longer requirement makes it a bit worse imo*
I wouldn’t start comparing the damage rewards for it until we see the modifier nodes for it

The Kant 12 hits like a freight train, fires decently fast, overall its great
On paper.
But when I actually use it? I just can't get anything done. It feels like, despite the fact that its onetapping most things to the face (excepting really high health or heavily armored targets), it just... doesn't do anything? I wondered at first why this was- why I couldn't get similar performance from it as I could from, say, a Vrak VII semi-auto which is pretty much the same "type" of weapon; it just fires faster and kicks harder, and has harsher damage falloff.
So far, the only thing I can really figure out is this:
The Kant 12 has ridiculously strong suppression. Like, I fire it once and any enemy within several meters of wherever I shot will instantly duck down or hide behind cover for well well well well over the 5 seconds that Exe stance lasts. This makes it excruciatingly difficult to not only kill any significant number of enemies at all, but more importantly to keep exe stance going in anything but the fattest of rooms where shooters/elites/specials literally cannot find cover to hide in and will just cower in place in the open. It's kind of dumb- it feels like any time I lose exe stance, its a decent 80% chance that it was for this reason alone and pretty much nothing else. There's of course times where a particular enemy doesn't die to the last shot before reload is forced because I flubbed a headshot (if I actually aim correctly, every shot will kill except on flamers/ragers/mutie/carapace) or because I got stunned or was forced to swap to melee or some ogryn or other overly enthusiatic ally who distinctly does not need to worry about having their shots eaten by their teammates stands in front of me and eats my shots or there simply not being any enemies left. But the VAST majority of the time, its because I shot and killed an enemy- then every other enemy in the entire god damn room decided to take a 5-6 second break from standing.
Its fucking infuriating and there doesnt seem to be any way around it
does anyone know a way to deal with cowardly enemies using the Kant 12? None of the other guns have this issue- they just don't apply nearly as much suppression (or in nearly so large a radius)
Even the fucking bolter doesn't do it this badly, which is honestly astonishing

There's the Weapon Customization mod- you can change the sights and various other cosmetic things for every gun in the game. It also lets you add/remvoe flashlights and stuff which Fatshark seems content with
and yes, asa I've said I've played with it since before patch 13
and many times after

Sort of yes sort of no. The 1a has better overall damage within any given timeframe. But the Kant 12 hits alot harder- especially on weakspot crits. It's really good at onetapping things and is thus also much more ammo efficient
While i haven't play the gun in ages, i remember the Mg12 as a slow firing weakspot fishing weapon with a surprisingly high kick, low pen, low carapace dmg, low agility & terrible under pressure.
Its not terrible into carapace if you bring headhunter, it can consistently get the crit and it only needs like 2 or 3 to kills a crusher
it wont do well into hordes yeah, just bring a shovel for that
Or you take any weapon that can 2-3 tap crusher without crit. Or weakspot

Maybe, though agile engagement is arguably better than keystone. My guess is that they moved it in keystone support node
Hopefully it would be part of the keystone talent nodes, it has been a staple in my builds and it would suck to lose it 
i hope agile gets a slight change to its effect
instead of buffing other weapon, it should buff ranged or melee respectively
that way bayonets can benefit

i remember the days of infinite cleave power sword with 7 powered swings
i already got one with bm so i thought id put power cycler if it works but it seems it does
what brutal momentum does is to make it so that, on a weakspot kill, the damage of your attack doesn't drop up for up to 4 targets
So, if your attack deals 650 damage to the first target hit, brutal momentum means that you can deal 650 full damage to 4 targets as long as you kill them with a headshot
so pair brumo with mk6 lights and you've got something that will kill groups of bruisers pretty quickly

I don't use Sunder personally, but a more accurate description is that it gives 4x cleave and ignores the property of Carapace armour where it stops your cleave immediately even if you have more than enough cleave for a crusher

well on the agri you can probs get away with just changing perks to maniac and either flak or weakspot depending breakpoints in the psykanium.
deathspitter is a lil eh on an agri coz usually you snipe with the special. you could also look at full bore and maybe keep the sprint efficiency.

i use the mod buy until rating, to buy brunts in packs of 10 and auto sell trash. i get plenty of blessings from rolling them up and feeding the bricks back to hadron. also keep an eye on melks for good blessings
Plasma feels like a get out of shit for free button. I wish one of the capstones was for the plasma/bolter.
the breakpoints you want to look for are chest shotting maulers, headshotting dogs, flamers, trappers, maniacs
the same gun can be built diff ways, how you play it can make diff blessings stronger or weaker. like deathspitter is close range, find that range. I love my agri as a sniper rifle, and i have 1 with TB on it. I am actually pretty big on TB if it suits your playstyle, suppressing enemies can be extremely powerful

Its very strong defensively, with decent offence, every part of the moveset is relevant an dont neglect the push followup attack or the special attack, both of them are fucking great

you want any sort of melee weapon with good horde control/clearing: a devil claw, a chainsword, a shovel if you're spicy. shovels are good but lack killing power while having supreme stagger and high dodge limit
Shovel just looks and sounds nice, but the TTK is sad
But I'll admit it has the best stagger potential

I'd argue that the knife is much better defensively. Simply because you're: 1) Faster with the knife. 2) Shouldn't be BLOCKING attacks anyway. You should always be moving, attacking or dodging. and 3) Highest Dodge count + Distance + Attack speed

Shovel has great combos, huge stagger, very good dodges, gets Uncanny Strike.. and it makes funny "Plunk!" noise
If you're wasting your stamina like that, you're doing something very wrong

The Creature Spawner mod lets you turn off invincibility

You can disable invul to do testing with breakpoints
I pretty much exclusively play my zealot at low HP in all my missions, without issue

Lets you practice fighting bosses too
So I always do my testing at low health

MK1 is the inbetween, MKII is best for shooter removal, MKIII has the longest charge, but the biggest upfront damage

Just be aware they all take longer to draw than the Boltgun does, so dont expect swapping to be fluid
If you're hitting headshots you should just be able to beam normal shooters

I 100% suggest grabbing a revolver with the thunder hammer. It'll let you remove anything that might be annoying for you. And then the hammer lets you just delete bosses/oggies in one hit, while heavy spam clears hordes for you.

they sound very confident
I personally always go for finding a choke point in melee, to ensure I don't need to dodge around as much in the open since that's the only point that the hammer struggles a bit with
alright lets say i do an exe setup i still need 2 find out what hellbore 2 make and how 2 build it
I use hb3, but be warned that you basically only use it on specials and elites
