Yeah, but you should pick which one you want based on what you want to do. The agripnaa is the sniper of the 3. the primary fire is the tightest with the lowest dmg. but it has most ammo in clip and reloads a teeny tiny bit faster maybe. The alternate fire is a slug that hits super hard, but struggles to hit break points.

If it were me, I'd swap either the infested enemy or carapace damage boost for maniac damage boost. Help make it more of a special killer since infested enemies are generally already squishy while lasguns don't do much against carapace even with the boost
