in havoc there's 2 simplified role : frontline /backline
frontliner (zealot/ogryn/arbites) is holding back the horde /elites /monster so your backline (veteran/psyker/arbites) can help you like shoot special / gunners & burn hordes

you cant exactly do everything like normal mode unless you a lot of experience

every class have its best "suited" role, well you can try mixing other stuff but that would adding weight at your teammate

They can lie and only give you a +2 bonus, despite saying +3

+17% toughness is by far the rarest for me.

Havoc changes for norm games holding a area doesnt prevent specials from spawning aswell as the horde timer is still ticking so the longer your sitting in a corner/room the more chip damage you'll take

Penance: Bullseye on Warren 6-19 "Shoot all the blue bottles at the shooting gallery"
What's going on with that? I shot all 12 with a lasgun to avoid collats, and got all 12, no collats.

Someone suggested I shoot the ones at the start of the level too, but the penance doesn't specify that

I know you have to avoid the other bottles but I know I didn't hit any of those, so?

trying to help resolve a friends darktide issues, hes regularly getting crashes that take out the internet connection to his PC until he reboots. Atm only through the campaign as FS hasnt added a way to do so outside of that. You can sometimes quickplay into one but that's rare. On PC you can use the Many More Trys mod to start it but that's about it till FS comes back from vacation and adds it to the board as they plan to do.

Its still not a good idea to facetank those shots, but you gets deleted slower in a gunfight

gunners are gonna be one of the main causes of any toughness damage, especially on high havocs

on difficulties lower than aurics, it’s not really a big deal whether or not you have it, it’s nice but not a deal breaker

but on high havocs, your toughness can be broken in an instant, especially by reapers, and having just a little more effective toughness can be the difference between taking health damage or not

and gunners in general are going to tag you pretty often, even while dodging

stamina regen is definitely good, but it doesn’t affect your regen delay, only regen rate

• For stronger enemies, dodge or block when they melee attack and then attack when they're in recovery animations. don't try to kill them thru their attacks, your gonna get stomped on.

It's not that people don't want good mobility. It's that 60-80% mobility changes very little. So mobility is still the dump stat. Depending on your class you can spec some movement bonuses into the build and have more of an impact. Like WS on vet

L1->H4->Repeat for overhead strikedown spam

L1->H4->H3->Heavy spam for repeating strikedown spam. Useful into lots of heavy armor spam for stagger.

H2->L3->Repeat for trash horde clear

Push Attack->H1->H2->Repeat for mix horde clear, particularly useful into rager packs since the heavy can stagger them out of their combo. H2 can flow into heavy strikedown spam if needed.

I'm upgrading a weapon with 80 max everywhere and 60 max in mobility. Right now at power 400 the mobility is only at 18. It will jump to 60 once at power 500 right? It seems strange because from 280 to 400, mobility went from 6 to 18 I think.
