The game isn't detecting your GPU and is defaulting to your integrated graphics, you need to go into the nvidia 3d control panel, add Darktide as an application and manually select the GPU you want to use

However, do occasionally check in. Leveling is more fun with weapons you like, and at level 30, you probably earn enough to buy whatever weapon you can find in the shop within two games. There's currently not much to spend it on, so no need to be too frugal. Also, once slowly approaching 30, a weapon in the shop may not have a top base rating yet, but sometimes you do get the odd distribution too good to pass up.

If you look on the right side of the weapon stats field it'll show you how much of its "power rating" comes from stats. That's what you want to be highest on, say, a white quality weapon. And you'll want the stat ranges to basically be tailored to what you want out of it

For example I usually use the slow firing high power las rifle, the Kantrael XII, so having high damage and low sway (I think that's what it's called) is really important for consistent headshots. Sometimes you'll find a weapon that has huge amounts of one stat but the others are lower as a result, if that makes sense

like if i have 320 and a 350, but the 350 has a lot less in dmage

It's a little convoluted but once you figure out what stats work for you, it gets easier.

I always check for whites / greens in the shop with good base stats to upgrade, hopefully soon we can take traits/blessings off items and apply them but until then I think the base stats are what matters most, though with exceptions

But some are so .. meh.

"Cleave" actually also increases your damage multiplier against unarmoured, and I believe slightly vs. Flak. So it is not completely useless, even if you have infinite cleave or ignore hit mass.

so a bolter with rending will hit a crusher harder after every shot up to a point, and make everyone else hitting the same enemy also do more damage

I did it! Except it didn't work. Didn't take any health damage, corruption damage, etc.

So either

A. It has a hidden difficulty requirement
B. Its broken
C. If the bot you replace took damage it counts as your damage

Ratings matter in how well you can do with the weapon. I consistently clear heresy with a blue Kantrael XII and can carry a bit. I know how many shots it'll take to down most things and that having good stats like stability keep me on target

Shop items and post-mission drops have a range of total stat "Modifiers" eg. 385 on the chainsword above your message and the upper limit of the range depends on the highest youve obtained before

But this is just my anecdotal experience so its not concrete

Not 100% on this but from what ive observed it seems to be similar to VT2

Firstly, based off Trust level (basically don't focus too much on fully optimizing your gear till lvl 30 since you'll be replacing them often till then anyways so just pick whats fun)

Secondly, once you hit lvl 30, its then based on the highest "Modifier" rating you have in your inventory for that item type

Eg. Your highest Modifier melee weapon in your inventory is 350

Your shop will have a range of melee weapons with a "Modifier" stat in a range around 350 (dont know exactly how the upper limits are decided but the idea is to keep buying higher and higher rated stuff to slowly increase the upper limit of power rating that can show up in shop)

Usually those systems work on a "weapon type" basis

So one watermark for your ranged weapon types then another for the melee weapon types

If you can reliably dodge specials attacking you, know your general role in a party, and attempt teamwork, you can easily do T3.

I also suggest learning the 'combo' that works for situations on your weapon. Example: Preacher Chain Axe prefers to use push attack into light combo to thin out hordes and save rev attacks for big boys.
