It’s odd, I’d take it apart again and see if there’s any clogs.
While it’s apart, using a vacuum on the output Shute can also help clean that out properly. Brush + vacuum, no water.
Maybe watch a video on how to put it back together, to be sure.

It could also be the beans…they say it’s medium but it’s on the close to lighter ish. First time trying it

Update it was the beans…I switched to a darker roast and it hasn’t had a problem since. I’m not sure how I feel about varia stalling on medium beans let alone light roasts
