Chefsteps pretty much taught me how to cook all things worth eating in my life. The profiteroles recipe is goated, and I hate to say say but the best steak I’ve ever made and this includes using a joule is been cold searing a steak from americas test kitchen. It just fucking works everytime no grey ring no overcooking just sheer consistency.

His book “Be Useful” also speak on the serendipitous arc of his life. He never pictured himself impacting so many people’s lives when he was trying to get yoked. But being disciplined and selfish allowed him to have more resources and abilities to be selfless later in his life.

In conclusion, I’ll run in 20 years. Hopefully by then I’ll have accomplished much more and am able to then aim all that I have accomplished into making other people’s lives better

I disagree heavily to this common opinion heavily @short condor! I even had my non coffee nerd friends come over and let them grind on a ZP6 and the Pietro and they both said ZP6 isn't bad for 1 cup but if were doing more than a single serving Pietro is better. I found putting the Pietro on the edge of the table solves a mass majority of the workflow issues.
