I have a Gaggia pro that I just installed with a 9 bar spring. Now is seems to pull shots too fast no matter how fine I grind the coffee. My grinder is a Sette i270. I don’t think I installed it wrong.

How fast are we talking about?

Could be the case, with higher pressure the coffee gets compressed more by the pressure, causing slow shot and then channeling

I’m not sure. I didn’t know about it if they do

I will say I found something that helped, though idk how much. I replaced the beans.
