Run the grinder while adjusting finer.
That's what it means.
You don't want the grinds getting compacted between the burrs as this can stall the motor and cause damage
Is there a video you would recommend ?
The ones I saw don’t move the dial while pulling the coffee

just hit the button that starts the grinder and stick a bin or something under the chute while adjusting finer
I mean I have seen people move the dial a little bit and then get more ground coffee out

A few ways to solve this: one is to use a little rocket blower inside the little chute (this will require you to remove the hopper)
