I think it's intended
With the sheer volume of gem drops in lategame, it only serves to annoy people bc salvage can't function as well
forced to still not have epic gems on salvage because high rolled ones beat my legendary drops
Well, hopefully Mahj or somebody working in designing the modpack could explain the reasoning
Rng numbers range lower ore higer once
