Playstyle
Cast buffs and use Ricochet Shot to kill enemies. Against tankier enemies, use Splash potions to increase DPS and Bola throw to slow them. Effective at any range, and most effective against groups of enemies. When there is more than one enemy, ricochet shot has an easier time bouncing back and forth against the same targets.

Ricochet shot [lv.7]
Your main skill for activaing On-hits, with the benefit of being slightly Aimbot. If you're only attacking a single enemy like a boss, aim for the floor right in front of them so that all the arrows bounce from the floor onto the target. Kept at low level to minimize resource cost, and because this skill's damage isn't important. Most of your damage will come from activating Blood Explosion and Immolate.

Immolate [lv.16]
Sub-Damage skill, and useful for activating Charge gem passives. If you want to do more damage and don't mind more active gameplay, move the Endurance and Power charge gems to Flame splash potion replacing Confident Ruin and More Fire Damage, and fill the slots on Immolate with Confident Ruin and Area Focus (More Area Damage).

Bola throw [lv.10]
Used to CC enemies, primarily bosses. This skill isn't very important, so you can replace this with any other skill you'd like. This build has a lot of leftover skill points so there are a lot of options.

Jewels
Cooldown Reduction is the most important stat to find on Jewels, because it decreases the innate cooldown that Immolate and Blood Explosion have. Without high cooldown reduction, you'll notice that even though Ricochet Shot is bouncing to multiple targets, you won't always get multiple procs of Immolation because the arrows are too fast. Reducing projectile speed doesn't fix this either because after bouncing, the projectiles regain all their speed. After cooldown reduction, get Crit Chance.

Offhand - Wither's Flame Axe

Wither's Flame in the offhand is extremely important, because it allows the free autocasting of Armageddon, which gives you Overheat stacks. These almost double the damage done by Blood Explosion and Immolate. Overheat dramatically reduces your resource generation, so another important part of the build is maximizing your resource cost reduction. This is mainly done with Kobald's Influence, as well as using the "Eno" rune on every single Runeword gear. After Eno use Oru, and after Oru use Ano

Although you should be able to keep up overheat, sometimes you can get unlucky since the activation chance is only 5% per hit since you're holding the axe in your offhand. You can get around this by shooting out Ricochet shot and then swapping your hands to have Wither's Flame in your mainhand when the attack lands, which almost guarantees the activation.

On your Flickering Flame pants, you have to roll for at least 45% discount on the Flame Barrier Augment to equip it, otherwise it'll be one augment point too expensive. Flame barrier is used with Netherite Bastion in the Talent tree to greatly improve survivability.

You can start this build pretty early, probably right away when you hit level 30 and unlock ricochet shot

If so, no, because unfortunately that talent only gives 20% flat elemental damage, not multiplicative, so it's actually really bad. (someone fix that please)
