can anyone help me either getting my perents password or even sent me somthing to download on a usb and bypass it ive tryed looking on google but theres nothing there like all i need is the admin pin or there password.

Depends where you're being firewalled from, if it's local to your actual devices then it's likely easy to bypass, if you are say.. blocked from certain websites/services from the router/modem being configured with rules etc then you'll have to find where it is on your network, break into that and change the settings.
Just deauth your dad off the network until he gives you what you want. Tell him he can only come back online if he agrees to your rules.
