take psiphon, its not the fastest but it works, you can also find openvpn configuration to an open server online and just use it, but it wont be as secured as other vpns cuz this server is public, (big companies just place a lot of private servers from their own and they are more secured)

I am not particularly sure how spoofing is done, but i assume that it has something to do with iptables or using some proxies to mask the source IP address of the server you use.
