I'd focus the most on the big 3:
Face wash
Moisturizer
Sunblock
Everything else depends on age and personal preference. I have patchy eczema and dry skin that can cause the appearance of aging. I'm 27 so I do a retinol maybe 3 times a week then some kind of face oil to hold everything in.
During the summer it's mostly stripped back down to the big 3. I might use a stainless steel gua sha and face roller with a face serum. It's nice to stick them in the fridge
Any spots get the pimple patch because I'm a skin picker. The retinol helps with post traumatic hyperpigmentation if I pick at something
the pimple patches, is their only purpose to stop you from picking them? I always thought they soothed the spot as well but some people say that’s not true
I’ve been considering getting them but
didn’t know if it was worth it
been breaking out quite a lot recently
I couldn't say 100% but some of the patches are hydrocolloid or have salicylic acid which some claim helps
The micro dart patches definitely help me when I have something super deep set and painful
oh interesting
I might give it a go
I also really need to start using sunblock all the time
I forget to since the weather is so cold and morbid here
but it’s still important
Starface tends to be expensive but there are lots of different brands that do the same now
