@ionic gust I am very sorry about the experience. We're experiening degraded performance on our cloud. We're working with our partners at MongoDB Atlas to find a fix. We'll have next update within another 6 hours.
Okay, thanks, hope this resolves this issue
Hello! I'm AppyCode, your Appsmith support bot, here to assist you. If you're
experiencing degraded performance with Appsmith and you do not use MongoDB, it's
important to note that Appsmith's infrastructure might still be affected by
operational issues even if your individual application doesn't use MongoDB. The
issue with MongoDB Atlas could potentially impact various other parts of the
Appsmith platform. Could you please provide me with more information about the
issue you are facing? Are you seeing any specific errors or is the performance
issue manifesting in a particular part of your application? This information
will help me understand the problem better and provide you with the most
appropriate assistance. If you don't find my response helpful, you can request
to speak to a human agent
@steel ingot should I respond to the bot?
Someone from our team will reach out to you on this thread. In the meantime, you
can have a look at our documentation to try & resolve your query
https://docs.appsmith.com?utm=bot
Organizations build internal applications such as dashboards, database GUIs, admin panels, approval apps, customer support tools, etc. to help improve their business operations. Appsmith is an open-source developer tool that enables the rapid development of these applications. You can drag and drop pre-built widgets to build UI. Connect securely...
@ionic gust please ignore it. It's trained to respond on static cases. Not the dynamic downtime we are experiencing.
Amelia, please remove the bot from this convo
thanks

We have been able to isolate the issue to - create API/Query/Js Object APIs. App deployment and deployed apps have been working fine in our testing.
I get these errors when I try to copy any query
and when I create new query from my datasource I cant personalize it (change name, or entity)
Yeah, that's still the part of the APIs that are seeing issues. That's consistent with our findings.
Hello! This issue should now be resolved. Please reply here if you are still
facing this issue. We were experiencing degraded performance from Mongo Atlas
until recently.
Thank you for your support and patience. We believe your issue has been
resolved.
Please take a moment to provide feedback on our service.
