but i js knew it was a virus right away

Files isn't a virus. If you trying to remove the shortcut of another program you can open the file location from the start menu then delete the shortcut file.

when i search it up it just loads forever the virus and ive deleted it in all the possible ways
its js in windows settings that it wont or something

Since this isn't a Files issue I can't help you. If you downloaded a virus you best wiping your drive and reinstall Windows from Microsoft site installer. As for the error it already say the file doesn't exist.
