A way to limit get request only if ID is defined ?

Hi!

For an application I want to limit user role (for security) that can get item by ID only and not get multiple items.
This is for a shared links database, the public users can get a link by ID, but if a malicious person detect that is a Directus instance he may be try to get multiples items by the API.

This is possible ?
