✅ Reusable button 'component'?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to create a reusable button, but I can't see how to do it. I have tried creating a data model to include in a homepage, a field group, a repeater, and also tried the Button Link field, but they're either not reusable, or (in the case of Button Link) don't seem to be for what I'm trying to do. I want to be able to make a component that has text, url, and color dropdown that a use can change to whatever they need when they're editing the page. What's the best way to do this?
