We have sent an invite to a team member and the he was able to create an account with that invite but that new account doesn't show the project. I have tried multiple options but there is no way to check this issue. We have converted the free account into paid also assuming that could be an issue but it didn't happen.

The basic things doesn't look simple on this platform. Sending an invite and adding a user shouldn't a complex task what looks like not working on Directus.
