That will depend on how dedicated you are to improving and staying active in both the game and our server.
I don't mind giving newbies a chance, but their enthusiasm often fades quickly. So I need to make sure that the effort put into helping them integrate into the squad isn't wasted.

No problem. I'm interested in the game but I understand I have to solo until high ultra/Masters. It gets boring playing alone so I wanted to play with equally skilled players and possibly get coached a bit.

When I team with randoms I typically lose because they don't understand spawn times of farm, rotations, or objectives and team battles.
