Why was I removed from the squad today when I was one of the only players in the group that was logging in daily and getting points for the squad

Like I joined, added everyone in the squad as a friend... every time I logged in to play ranked I checked my squad to invite and not a single member would be online. Weekly missions never capped, but I found I'd be doing 1-2 of the goals all on my own often. Been on everyday, just got to masters, and then was removed without anyone messaging me or anything, I'm just kinda confused and kinda upset I guess because I don't know why I was removed

definitely a DM matter. You don’t have to message on the thread. You were removed simply for being inactive for too long. You were actually removed from the server quite a few days ago (02/09) because of the same reason, I just hadn’t had the time to remove you from the squad. But it makes sense that you would only find out now because you may log in the game, But you do not interact with the discord.

I believe I did interact at the beginning, but the only announcements I was getting at the beginning was planning like a hangout on the weekends, which I wasn't really available for weekend calls/hangouts, but you're right, the discord seemed casual and I don't believe I was ever messaged directly about anything so I wasn't super active... I've also had some issues with discord notifications on mobile.

but I still logged in daily and tried to get others to play, there just wasn't other members online whenever I'd get on...

I guess I understand the whole not being active on discord, but don't understand why there wasn't any warnings/push to be active in the discord. I talked in the beginning but fell off because it felt casual and I didn't know there was some level of activity on discord required to stay in the squad despite being active in game.

Personally if I had issues with activity with my squad, but had active members who weren't in the discord... I'd probably reach out to them to let them know we need more participation from them in discord. I wouldn't kick out a member who is logging in daily without any notice while they're in the middle of missions...

I'm not trying to flame here or anything, and I didn't DM because I'm trying to be transparent here, so that other interested members don't do what I did and join without realizing there's some kind of level of activity on discord required in order to not be kicked while in the middle of missions for the squad

Like if anyone had just messaged and said hey, I see you're online in game a lot but not in the discord, we require you to be active X amount of time on the discord, I would have been happy to participate more

There is already transparency seeing as THIS is literally our recruitment message when you first see the thread. in bold letters, none-the-less. States that you must be active in-game and on the discord. It’s two weeks for both of them. We give ample time regarding inactivity and the fact that you were removed literally nine days ago and you didn’t notice goes to show that you never had any intentions to be active on the discord side.

Also like I've said, I've been having issues with discord not notifying me of pings in servers, I've tried changing my settings and reinstalling, so if there was some ping in the server about this I missed I'm sorry.

I didn't know it was two weeks because it's not listed anywhere. Just been busy with graduation so I haven't been on discord as much lately

I think it's better here, so that members considering can now see the exact activity required (two weeks) and so they know that it's no warning kick, since those things aren't listed in the ad... I understand why I was removed, but I feel like this is useful outside of DM so users who are active in game but not on discord as much won't have to stress about getting kicked while they're in the middle of progressing missions for the squad.
